Hi, is there interest in SP missions here?

Hi,

I am Auxilium and I'm new to these boards, however I recently finished BHD on hard.

After having finished it, I wanted to have more Mogadishu missions, so I decided to redo the Aidid Takedown mission, however it would be much more massive.

Now I wondered, is there interest in this community for SP games? Or do you all prefer MP? Also, am I likely to find betatesters here?

<u>Short Story</u>

After the "Irene Mission" the US President decided to pull TFR out, General Garrison however wanted Aidid down first. Delta Operators would secure the tunnelsystem, Ranger Chalks would defend friendly buildings against agressive militia and te 10th Mountain would secure every single house.

You are allowed to pump a bullet into everyone carrying a gun (important people are prefered to be captured alive, but that's only prefered). Killing a civilian will surely limit your stay in the army.

Anyone interested in this kind of mission? Or even better, anyone interested in testing it?

I hope to have the city finished by the end of the week, a playable version shouldn't take more than 2 weeks.

sounds cool to me. Count me in look in me signature for the contacts. I like hard SP missions, and i build MP only.

but to me they're 10xs harder to make a good one! i have an idea for one but just no time to make them. so for me i make only multiplayer.

as for playing them, sure go for it dude! it would be cool to play some more missions. nothing like blasting someone down!!!

I love the SP games! I to build levels for MP, but i'll try to make a mission with SP win condition, but playable in MP,
Just as in the first DF series, only because me and my mates also wanna with together (on LAN), But if you searching a BETA tester, sign me up for it!

SP missions in general dont play well from amatuers. If I hear of good ones I might download them because in fact I am really enjoying the SP of this version of DF.

Post your missions here in ZIP format and no doubt you will get beta feedback by the bucketful.

That is exactly why I make my own.. most of the present available SP missions here are good, but not what I want.

Therefore, I've changed my planning. I thought 2 weeks before a playable version, but almost everyday I see new (little) things to make the city even more lifelike and intense and I need to update all areas again. I do have finished the base and 2 important areas though. Thanks for all your replies, I hoped there would be interest for SP.
