Campaign Maps

Hello!

Is there a way to import/edit official campaign maps with the map editor? If not how could i get those maps?

hopefully some one 1-day will make a map converter to change bms to mis file till then no then we all can do for now.

one needs map converter to change maps from bms to mis and a pff tool to take out the bms files from the pff files to convert them over to .mis type

the "PFF Editor" work on all of novalogic, inc games to take out each file from with in it.

never mind about what game it listed under will work in DF: xtreme 2

DF: extreme 1st BMS 2 MIS Converter, but don't think it will work on DF: Xtreme 2 basic each game is made in its own ways. you can try see if it work or not DF: Xtreme (1st) BMS 2 MIS Converter but i don't think it will work not 100% on that

I think it should work - DFX2 is pretty much the same engine as JO and DFX.

yes the DFX1 converter works....... I've done it b4.......

Actually it works fine, but not with all maps :x
Sometimes it crash with an error message.

I've experienced that before - I don't know what causes it unfortunately.

maybe the creator of DF: Xtreme (1st) BMS 2 MIS Converter can adapt it to DF X²
to fix the errors people getting a fine tuning is all it may need for DF: X²
