Roger Wilco Probs

Hi, a mate of mine is having a problem with his roger wilco, it was wokring until he put in a new video card, now he can only recieve.... We have tried tons of stuff to get this to work, but alas it stll wont go.
"RW will only recive... I don't know what has happend as two days ago (thursday night) it was workign fine, when I put a new video card in, that was it, it;s kicked the bucket, any sujestions on how to fix it??
I have uninstalled it and installed it again, I have followed the instructions on the RW trouble shooting page, and still no cigar.."

Hey you know what would be a good idea?? to set up a roger wilco tech support forum, seeing as the proper RW one is unmoderated and your questions go un-answered.

i seriously doubt that the gfx card has anything at all to do with RW comms. it just doesnt make sense to me. the only thing i can think of is to try new drivers in the sound card, check the RW page for the soundcard compatability ( even though it used to work ) and just tripple check the RW options.

can he record his voice ont he standard MS windowz sound recorder? maybe the mic is plugged in wrong? :/

he can use the mic on yahoo chat or whatever it is..

he was having a prob with sound recorder, then we closed some norton antivirus file in the task manager... and it worked....
