Angry ATI Problem

I just got a new computer and my vid card keeps f****** up and iam geting pissed off. When i play bhd for about 30 min then it frezes and its pissing me off!!! and iam trying other games and its doing the sam f****** thing lol....
my specs on my computer are

512mb RAM
160GB Hard Drive
ATI Readon 96000 128mb
2.0 GHz 64bit Prossesor
Monitor Nokia ( Multigraph 447za )
Cable Modem

Try getting an updated driver? Tried the 9b version of DX? Try getting a new modem

Hehehe, I knowed you already did that...does it freeze on every game then? It could be a bad vid card. I had one that did that. it was a Geforce MX 440 and it sucked.

I don't think it's the video card, I think it's the video card drivers, try downloading the omega drivers from www.omegacorner.com they fixed my video card's problem. And if these drivers don't fix the problem, THEN I would buy a new video card.

Hmmm mine wouldn't even let me run windows, so I bet you are right. I couldn't even install drivers (obviosly a bad card,) but yours does so it could just be the drivers like mr Hex said.

have you download the "catalyst" drivers for it...it being an ATI card it doesnt have the necessary files to run some of the df series of games...id try that and see m8..if not then id follow the others and get it exchanged :S
