Posting maps

Hey guys,

I need to know how to post maps on this website. I know i need to make my map t zip file and add a readme. but i need to know where i put the screenshot for the map. thats all i can think of thats stopping me from my maps to appear on LW. So can u tell me what i need to convert my screenshot to or what i need to do to post them. TY
