Help hosting please?

1. what is the bhd lobby url http://nw5.novaworld.net/bhddlobby2.htm
from the start up.html just comes up with blank page.
2. want to run ded net server and connect to from LAN. As with tfd lw etc got to use ip4tfd, ip4lw, df-commander to conect with local ip...is there a prog out yet that we can do this.
Or anyone played with above progs to adapt them to work in bhd?
