does anyone know if there is any chance of 20 player patch for tfd like there is for lw, i am in a squad with a popular server and it would be really useful

I remember along time ago there used to be something like that,.not sure if it was able to host 20..maybe less or more.

There is not high number player patch out as yet. The LW patches did not work particularly well anyhow.
