Should this be made?

This is a Poll on my ISP.

Im not sure about it, I think it would be good if every penny from the movie was given to the famillys of all the victims on that day.

But I think it should not be made for personal gain.

exactly Sal.

If they do not donate the money and it is used for personal gain I think the families of the victims should sue them.

I perosnally dont have a problem with it, its now regularly used as a premise in tv shows based i New York (CSI and Law and order come to mind) and regularaly features in the plotlines of books. They have to be diplomatic about marketing which im sure they will be....

I'd pay to watch it if it they at least donated a lot of it to the victim's family.

That is what I think I think it is too short a time to make a movie, It should be left for 10/20 years and then see if its ok to release a movie about it.

I can still remember when the NewsFlash came on over here and the first plane that they thought was just a plane crash That hit one of the towers, Then watching the one news reporter reporting the story from the scene then you saw the second plane come in over his shoulder as he was talking.

Eventhough it was almost 4 years ago now, I still cant watch when they put clips on from that day, I normally turn away, It is an Event that is meant to be remembered, But seing those poor people throwing themselves out of the windows in the news ect, I think it was shown enough and is Etched into everyones head So there is no real need for a movie, Just to make a few bucks.

Not that this or any other poll will have an effect on if the film is made or not, I wouldnt really go and watch it, It is painfull for me to watch and I had no one I know that was there that day, So I know it would Painfull for someone that lost someone there, I think a line has to be drawn in these situations.

The news media in this country wont show footage on 9-11 reason being it creates patriotism, so if a movie is made using facts and is'nt a fat boy mike moore side show of lies go for it!

I too have misgivings about this movie project Sal, it is difficult to say if it's appropiate after such a short time since the actual events.

Hell NO! I would never give that fat twisted bastard a dime! Moore is a fool! Just because someone makes a movie doesn't make them respectable or correct in thier biased pictures. Enough said.

I have to say this in the words of Voltaire...

"I DISAGREE VIOLENTLY WITH WHAT YOU HAVE TO SAY BUT I WILL DEFEND TO THE DEATH YOUR RIGHT TO SAY IT!"

That I believe is what democracy is all about, the right to have your say even if the rest of the world disagrees with it!

Wamest Regards
