when you thought you might be able to outrun the Cougar20-H surveillance robot that can detect human breathing, developer TiaLinx has launched a flying version that can do the same.

The Phoenix40-A is a mini-UAV with six rotors that can detect motion and breathing when searching for hidden people.

Don't get sucked in with the Public Relations.. Advert Cr@p (PRAC) see it what it is
the nearest we have to a HUNTER KILLER (HK) this sucker will hunt you down until you are dead (not breathing anymore) this is real, motivated NO DOUBT from the various Sci_Fi RPG games out their like Doom, or in this case Half Life 1 & 2.

Second Gen11, hopefully will allow DNA testing on the expelled C02 from the target/victum but like a PC AV, will have to carry DNA samples, so as to correctly ID the target
