trouble with restarting system beep soundoff

you restart you computer system it log off and as it do so you hear a beep sounds like there was a error but you never see a error.

what happen is you log-off or restart you system there is a item that not close down at all and has lock up.

after a time the system will restart but it taken a longer time then normal.

there is a profile that is not being let go or software item

anyways this is for Windows 2000, 2003, XP and NT4 system only.

keep in mind if you upgrade to windows Vista you need to unstill this tool. UPHClean.msl or you will run into trouble with the upgrade
