c4d problem

i have c4d r9 .. and i'm trying to do http://www.c4dportal.com/portal/foru...thread.php?t=3 that tut .. but i got a little problem, i can't see the points ..

this is what i get:
http://3xtreem.com/Untitled-1.jpg --- that's in points mode, the sphere is editable, and i can't see the points, just vertexs ..

http://3xtreem.com/Untitled-2.jpg --- i can see the point when i bring my cursor over it, or highliight it, but after that it's gone

http://3xtreem.com/Untitled-3.jpg --- and here like 6 points are actully highlighted, but i can't see a one of them ..

does anyone know how to fix this?

goto edit preferences and make sure your colors are correct, you can change them to anything..........also click the display tab on the top left there and make sure your shading is set on the correct gouraud shading

:\ dunno what it is .. lol .. tried that rider .. still didn't work

but, i installed it on my brothers computer and it works fine .......... so i'll just be using his lol
