its a scam e-mail to intiest him open a bank account and give the other party info to the bank account, but the scammer they starting start charging on that account and when it hit the bank! other party who gave the info out have to pay up to the bank.

time being Mr william (scammer) is walking away with all the item he charge off the poor fool bank account who falling for the scam.

any time you see some one say they have million they have in an bank some place its a scam to move the money or give part of the millions its a total scam

This scam is a variation on the Nigerian scam thats been hootin the world these last few years, but I do like yours Willy, my scam claims 85 million pounds is just to steep your 850,000 pounds seems better.
The young fellas might go thru it again and NOTE the red flags there's heaps, including typos etc etc, the bottom line if it's to good to be true, then it usally is.

THE REAL QUESTION HERE: Is how does WILLIAM get the uk pound sterling on his keyboard....hell!!! I don't get one?????????????????
