me i download them all the time not letting it instill online, some time it will not instill at all only get error so i download them, then instill them.

you let it scan your office to see what update you need.
then click-on the "Read information" about it you ether see top right a download buttom on to download it or bottom on the page there it will be to download. at the bottom there maybe more then one item to download go ahead download them all.
