The coolest ever

I just got the coolest thing ever. Technically, it's a 3.5mm to RCA adapter. For those non-technical in the crowd, it's an adapter between a computer speaker or headphone jack and a normal stereo system like you would use for your TV.

I've got my iPod blasting through my stereo The best part is, I didn't have to pay outrageous prices for it. iPod accessories that give you that capability are freakin' expensive.

Also of note is that I played BF2 through my stereo too. Woot!!!

And if Newton Faulkner's voice can be described as "R&B" then Kurt Cobain must be a member of Boyz II Men.

Yeah, all it is is the same plug you use for your headphones. So instead of plugging in headphones, it's like you're plugging in the speakers via the same plug.

That's why it's so cool. For similar, more complicated equipment, they charge lots more. This with a 6 foot cord cost me $7.

Try spliting the left and right and running each to its own amp then out of each amp run a home theater system. 10 speakers and 2 sub woofers. If you realy want to do it up right put a delay on one side. I haven't done a delay yet but it should work. but all you do it still dont beat a cheap set of headphones

Yeah, but sometimes headphones just get in the way...

I've got 5.1 surround cans, and I love them, but a lot of times, speakers are better for me for gaming. Now movies I'll use them. It's like being at the theater

I agree! I have a 5.1 surround too...since I can't stand headphones...I have tried them and just keep forgetting to take them off before getting up...(lol) ..
