Put real player video on dvd
I'd like to take a real player video and put it on a DVD in such a way that it will be compatible with regular DVD players. How do I do this? Thanks

have you already tried google? I'm not really good at this stuff, but have you tried just burning it to a DVD?

Of course I've tried google...
It won't work just burning it. Windows Media can't even play Real files, a regular DVD player won't. I looked at a few converters to at least convert it to mpeg, but they all cost money. I'm sure someone will come along with my solution. |

hmm free solution to this? :/
it might be possible if you get hold of 'real alternative' codecs. then you might be able to decode the rm file so u can convert to mpeg2 in windows movie maker. winavi can do it no probs but costs $, but they do have a free download > http://www.winavi.com/en/download/download.htm i guess it is limited somehow, but gotta be worth a shot Last edited by Steve; 09-12-2005 at 01:05 PM. |
