Post Gamolution:

After my Active Duty Service I Played Duke Nukem, Doom, '97 DF Demo, then all hell broke loose. Back in the 80's I played on a Console Gaming System called Intellivision. It was played with Paddles, Directional Discs, Number Pad & Side Option Buttons. I mastered just about every Title they came out with. Was a Master of Poker to Sea Battle before the Age of 10. Once beat a Kid 99 to 0 at Baseball. Ruthless Bastard eh? The Boy had heart Man. This was before Nintendo and time of the Atari & CollecoVision. I always wondered about those Guys. I think they were Popular in the South. Nintendo's, uh. Mike Tyson's Punchout, Excite Bike & Contra. Even had the Patience to Win Zelda. Sega Hockey was the Bomb. When the Play Station came out I was basically a Sports Fanatic. Got my 1st home PC in '86. Played Space Quest, Kings Quest, Flight Sims & War Gaming and some cheesy stuff like Wheel of Fortune, Load Runner & BC Comics.

'79 '80. I think so. Forgot about that Console. I never ever played on one. No one I knew ever had one.

I remember the TANDY computer from radio shack. It used the cassette tape player.

I bought the Commodore 64 in 1983, it had a real floppy disk! A thin 6" disk that really was floppy. It was the first computer that I bought games for! Acro-Jet was the game.

Yeah, me too. I somehow got a floppy disk with Pacman, Donky Kong , and Dig Dug. I also had an Apache helicopter attack game that I played non-stop on that Commodore 64.

Lol, at the time I thought my Commodore 64 or any other computers (for that matter) couldn't get any better than that.

I remember someone asking if I had ever tried connecting over the telephone with another computer. I laughed. I thought at that time that was never possible for me!

Funny though...

I also remember getting phone calls during the day of Computers calling my house.

I would answer the telephone and I'd get the squealing of a computer when I picked it up , LOL.

I hated the idea of a computer stealing precious play time from the kids until I gave in one day and played War Gods and Fire Fox with the 14 year old boy...next thing I bought Diddy Kong Racing for both the kids David 14 and Katherine 8 (and me ) to play as a family...great memories...sigh!
