Ok what you have to do is judge the distance away your target is. Then each notch on the rear post, let see if I can remember its been awhile since I shot a 203 but I think they are 50m increments. Anyway the bottom one is for short range and the further up you go the farther the distance. But what you have to do is line up the top of the front post with one of the notches depending on how far away your target is. But it looks like the game somewhat does that for you, so just aim at your target and its kind of a learned thing on if you need to aim high or low of target.
