try finding another font...cut out needs work and make a new layer and paint bucket it with a red and take the opacity down

I would try fliping the guy horizontaly, so he looks towards the centre of the sig.
Move him a bit more to the right, providing more space for your text.

Everyone has to start somewhere.

Yes I am a noob at this but I'm getting better ideas and learning how 2 make BG's. I will eventually get this down. Thx for your advice
