First of all it depends what program u using?
Second of all, is there any music in the intro? if there is, is it totally streamed? 4.7 mb is not that bad, if you wanna make it smaller just make sure that u use a .wav format music.

How long of a intro is that? If it's streaming and it's long like 3 minutes long then that's not too bad.. but if it's a little 30 second into.. wow that's HUGE, specially for people are 56k modems. Will take people along time to download. Is there someplace we can go to see this flash?
