making a template?

hey guys.. im going to finally use my webspace.. ive been messing about with photoshop for the last month, i was wondering what way do you make a template?

any help would be gr8

usually i make a header...then copy it to the template...then i usually just go from there and make the rest of it. Then I slice it and code it all in dreamweaver...if yoiu want more detail than this...juss let me kno...

read thru some of their web-layout one, and pick out little bits that you like etc
