He cannot use the 3rd one since it has been made from someone. If he uses it, you or jailbird need to email the author of the picture and get his/her permission to use it. You would probably be best off doing this for all three. People put alot of time and effort into their works of art and modelling. They don't want their work being used without their permission.

i dont know the authors mate, and what edge said was right. 1 i wouldnt feel right doing it, 2 its unfair that the peoples work is used publicly without expressed written permission. sorry mate.
