iPod To Computer Transfer
this program is very good in my opinion. only downfall is in the trial version it only lets you able to save your music from your iPod into a separate folder and not open directly into iTunes. But i really like and if your computer restores and you don't want to re download or re add all of your songs from cds i would suggest using this.
