basic you edite the Picture and in your name on top of it, then join a site were you can post it up at.

i post my at: www.photobucket.com it free and they give you links to copy and past in to other forums.

Put this in your sig for a start.

Right-click picture > click on Properties > copy the URL > put it in your sig with [img*] at the start and [/img*] at the end, without the * though (I put in the * so that it doesn't turn into a pic in this reply).
