Mcafee vs. AVG vs. EZ-Trust
what do you think i should do?renew my mcafee, install my AVG 6.0 that i bought, or install EZ-Trust which i bought?
I want something that will not eat my memory and slow down my comp. yet will keep viruses away.

well, since you bought them already, go with avg or ez-trust. never liked mcafee... used to use avg, but the autoupdate never worked for me.

you could update manually, and AVG has automatic scans, which you can alter so it scans while your AFK.
i use AVG & avast, both free versions, but they still keep the viruses away. i used kaspersky, and it removed 400 or so viruses and spyware, free demo, but its slows down your computer like heck, so uninstall it when its completed, gl

Be very care full with unknown free anti spyware and anti virus programs, they often put alot of viruses on the computer during the install, so it looks as if they are good and that you really need it. Did try several and 90 % of them did this (using norton in the backround while installing them)
