update kills joint ops

ok i just bought joint ops and when i tried to play online it said i needed to update the game so i did, now it won't launch the game it says it can't find 'bicnk32.dll' so i reinstalled and updated agian, same prob, i cant find the dll file any where eather. what do i do. thank you for you'r time.

Try uninstalling, deleting the game folder then reinstall

Go here i just remembered i posted about this once theres a faq link i posted once about this it might help try it if ux bb idea didnt work.No wait i was emailed on this do this this is what Nova Logic Support told me to do and it worked.

You need to uninstall the program, delete the program's folder, empty
the Recycle Bin, run the Window's Disk Cleanup utility, emptying out the
Temporary Internet Files, Recycling Bin & Temporary Files, then
reinstall the game.
Sometimes there are corrupted files in the folder that the uninstaller
cannot recognize and are left installed. Then when you reinstall the bad
files are already there and the program won't run properly. Turn off or
disable any antivirus software then reinstall. Play a quick mission then
update the game.
