MapDB
Hi Guys,
I am setting up the MapDB for my community: www.ServerCommand.org and have run into an issue. I am able to upload smal maps without issue, however with today's newer games the maps are becoming much larger (20-50MB). When I attempt to upload a file of the above size i get this error: "Error uploading one of your files, please try again." I have the settings for max size set at "0" in the script config and have set the php parameters in the HTACCESS: php_value post_max_size "100M" php_value upload_max_filesize "100M" php_value max_input_time "600" php_value memory_limit 200M So I am at a complete loss as to what might be causing the issue. Any help is much appreciated. PS. I did try uploading from another dedicated box, 10Mbit or so upload to the web server, and still had the issue. Thanks! |

The only time i've come across that issue is when php was not uploading because of a timeout. I suggest changing the settings in your php.ini (maybe the htaccess is not working). Ask your host to increase thoes values if you don't have access to your php.ini.

Hi,
Thank you for the reply, is there anyway to see the actual error that is being caused when I get this: "Error uploading one of your files, please try again."? Thank you! |

A few reasons:
The file already exists, The directory you are uploading to is not writable (chmod 777?) The file is to big for php to handle PHP Times out before the file can be uploaded
