whoa whoa whoa, you mean actual hackers or cheaters? If they are actual hackers I think you can turn them into your local police station or a federal Authorities station and they will take care of it. If he is a cheat, just fill out the cheater report form at novalogic.com

What you need to do is contact his ISP. Their support email will more than likely be support@energis.com, contact them and give them his information. They will handle it.

If you live in the U.S. you can contact your state's Attorney General's office. Most have a high technology crimes unit that follows up on these types of hacker cases. Hope this helps.

reporting him to us authorities will probably crate more beurocracy and jurisdictional issues and he will probably never be caught since hes in the UK, find the relevant UK authority and report him there. If you can do it online get someone in the UK to do it for you so it looks like a UK resident has been hacked.

it would not hurt to send these guy the same info too, that way they be going after him 2 ways.

this is what i do most of the time.
1.) find the host he paying for mostly be listed as: abuse@-------.
in this case this is his:
marks: Abuse reports to " abuse@energis.com " please!
2.) have e your firewall log file handy you will need to send it in the e-mail attach it to it.
3.) give your time and Date it happen and were your located.
so they can tell by their time when it happen.

then make a remark as in saying something please get a handle and put a stop to it.

you can send it to a law enforcement agencies too in the country he in all so.
