Dear Mr. xxxxxx,

We have never forgotten our fans. This is why we have been working very long hours for several years to bring you a totally new experience and a game that won't disappoint.

We are very close to officially starting Beta testing the "Angel Falls" project (we will be looking for a fair number of testers). We are currently at Alpha, and our current focus is game-play.

I can tell you that this game plays better than any product we have ever created and we will keep on refining it until its release later this year. If you liked DF and Joint Ops, you will like Angel Falls. Managing communications with the fans is a tricky proposition, and I will not be responding again through this e-mail, but feel free to pass this on.

In preparation for upcoming releases of new products and services, NovaLogic is restructuring various web servers so as to provide a more cohesive environment. During the course of this restructuring, some redundancy will be removed, and some favorite NovaWorld legacy features will be revived. During this process we foresee no significant service outages. Its basically a document that gives nova the trademark, if you dont use the trademark you have to apply to get it extneded, nova has done this the maximum amount of times.

Though it dosent mean something will happen by Oct. They could either let it lapse and rebrand any game, let it lapse and try to get it again down the track etc...

After spending approx $10.mil on developing this AF, you NEED all the evidence you can get these days to apply for tax credits on any creative failure, that is movies, tv, and games, and all the paperwork associated with the said entity
