eek New Nvidia Drivers!

Nvidia has released their new detonator FX drivers v. 44.03. They offer a 30 % performance increase. Go to www.nvidia.com and check them out. They are WHQL drivers for geforce fx cards.

Who cares about the 3dmark score. Nvidia doesn't even support it. These new drivers do increase performance in real time gaming by 30% and they made the anisoptropic filtering much better. The visual quality is also better in these FX drivers than the 43.45. Of course, Im using a Geforce FX 5800 Ultra so I dont know whether these improvements affect the older cards. Im willing to bet they will be better to though.

Trust me, my friend has a 9700 pro and DF:BHD he and I both agree, the FX 5800 ultra, with the latest drivers, is faster than the 9700 pro and it looks better. Of course , we dont overclock. Afterall, DF:BHD is a geforce FX launch game. Have you seen the really long list of serious game errors that ATI had to fix with their latest driver (Catalyst 3.4) Its reasons like that which make the Geforce FX better too. It works with almost every game right out of the box.

LOL stock drivers? that means ur running old drivers for the 9700pro and at least 3.2 for the 9800 since it just came out.. and 3.2 isn't very old.

The funny thing about the so called "cheat" is that no one else has come back to say anything else about it.. Was one website Extreme Tech that made the claim, and nothing esle since from anyone, except a burb from Kyle at [H]ardOCP. I would think if it was a cheat others would have looked into it.. also.. why did the card improve on everything, wasn't just 3dmark03 that improved.. but in the benchmarks.

As far as cards go for BHD.. BHD is more CPU dependent then video card dependent.
