like the style! but you lose something in the face like a old cartoon from the 60s flat 2D

unlike the Sig in your sig box the face is more alive with dark area as will light area's for show depth shadows of the face

over all look good i gave it (1-5 stars) a 4.5-star

i'd do what ringer said .. but if you still wanted that vector look theres certain filters that can give it that

prolly reduce noise. cutout isnt detailed enough. smart blur also does the job nicely.
