error message, "Missing FAILURE Param"

PROBLEM:
When I attempt to connect to NovaWorld, I receive the error message, "Missing FAILURE Param" and I cannot log in.

RESOLUTION:
This error mesage will appear if you are running Norton Personal Firewall or similar software. Disable the software and retry your NovaWorld login.
