T & R

Ok, I searched high and low....what does the infamous T & R mean on the HUD....and why does it come up once in a while?

If it is something related to lag and is a setting or something I can do to fix it, please let me know.

im not sure but i think t means transmitted and r means recieved, and yes they do have to do with lag
