SG Mod for DFX2 Released

My Steam version of DFX2E keeps getting punted. So I cannot use your or any other group services!

i am trying to download the sg mod for dfx2, i found a download at one site but the game wont work. i have the most recent update for dfx2 and the mod still wont work. when i enter the mission editor there are no terrains, and on the game itself the menu screen is black except for the buttons. when i try to enter a mission it does not load properly. can anyone send me a reliable link to download dfx2 sg mod?

contrairy to stated things on some mods IT IS needed to make a folder
and copy the contents of your dfx2 folder into the folder then install the
mod in that folder...you are experiencing the fact that the moders are
not following established protocall

DFx2 did not come with support for using the Expansions tab, like in JO and DFx. So in order to mod it you basically have to stick the new files into the stock .PFF in order to get anything to work.

that is correct but if you do it like that ...like JO
then nile is a happy camper i.e. you dont dont
have to chase after mods when want to change
i .e they all show up in the list when you change
mods...i know cause cause i do it and it works great
for meworks really great
notice... i installed dfx mod in the wrong folder

Unlike other MODS for Nova you will be expected to join a website, SG MOD dot com, perhaps a commercial element, perhaps reselling my email? why not it costs money these days to have a website, or from the modders view a vain attempt to "control who's downloading my stuff"...then again from the downloaders pov, you might get a note from the site letting you know that there is an update available.
So yes if I were to offer the community a MOD, I too would offer a website to join
if anything just to thank the guys in the first place

I will start up our server =TMW= SGMOD we have not been running it because of lack of interest - 10 or so login's a week but I will start it up for a week or so- I liked it also really nice colors and game play also able to med.

best way to do it make a fresh install of dfx2 update the program
to the latest revision/update then make a new folder and copy the
entire contents of your dfx2 folder to the new folder... then install
sg mod into the new folder...do the same for all other mods too
(make a new folder for each mod) etc...
