How do I change tabs and format

I'd first like to give Panther a huge thank-you for getting our website up and running.
Thanks Panther. Without you there would still be none. Thank-you, thank-you.

In the "Join" tab I'd like to change the ICQ to Date of Birth (m/d/y).

The "Files" tab I'd like to change to "Map List". Where I can list 10+ maps so members may vote for their favorite. Something like "Polls".

I'd like to change the "About" tab to "Ranking System". At Death-Warrant I'm using the US Army Ranking System to help gaming members to increase their rank by number of kills in game play.

All I ask is point me in the right direction, if the changes I'd like to make is possible. These changes would best fit our forum. Any help or suggestions is appreciated.
