Xfire-will not detect my Nova games.

Xfire will not detect my Nova games try as I can. When I try to manually detect I can't type in the field and when I try auto it comes up blank.

No, Steam.

%ProgramFiles%\Steam\Steamapps\Common\Delta Force 2\DFX2.exe

The variable %ProgramFiles% does in fact refer to drive c:\ IN THIS CASE, BUT IT IS NOT THE DEFAULT INSTALL PATH, the reason being Steam Apps. Normally my FPS games go into MY default game path anyway being %ProgramFiles%\Games\FPS\...etc

Sorry about not getting my thoughts together in one post folks.
Had 4 or 5 pale ales last night.

xifire can't see it, so you need to forward xfire to the location df2.exe

open xifire double click-on xifre to get it on desktop
1.) tools> Options.... > game (tab) click-on it
2.) down the bottom of the listing of games select "Not Install" double left click-on it!
3.) go down the listing till you see "Delta Force 2" single click-on it to high lite it
4.) on the right you see "4story" under it "Automatically Detect" change it to "Manual Detect"
5.) see "Detect path" click-on Browse now use that to find the path to DF2.exe in
*location> %ProgramFiles%\Steam\Steamapps\Common\Delta Force 2\DFX2.exe
6.) when all is done with click-on apply and click-on ok

xfire should see it now!

thats what i had to do get it to see bioshock (1)

I also noticed you have to launch your game from xfire applet or tray app. to enable it in-game reliably. Can't use your usual shortcut or steam panel

The SG Mod seems to be standalone and works without Steam,
Any way to revert the SG "exe" to run standard DFX2? That would be a way around steam and after all it is my game I paid full price!
