go to Avast! web site download the tool to remove virus its free if it there it will remove

Link: http://www.avast.com/eng/avast_cleaner.html
tool will scan for viruses and remove them.

online viruse scan "Housecall"
Link: http://uk.trendmicro-europe.com/cons...all_launch.php

go use these two they will scan for viruses and will remove them totally free no cost to you.

see a anti-virus program only get update when there a hot viruse going not all anti-virus will see new viruse online. it only when they be come really bad these companys start to jump to take care of them and then only when you get a new update.

i like Avast! Anti-viruse and Fix-It 5 both get updated weekly about 3-5 times a week they really on the ball. Norton only update on Wed-days 1-time a week.

your's can't say how much they update your a week.
===========================================
I use 2ea Anti-virus Programs at same time running, and only one handle the e-mail (fix-it 5) and use Webroot-Spysweeper to take care of other spyware and trojan house that may not be seen by Anti-viruse programs. then on top of that i run 1x a week LavaSoft-Ad-Aware SE Personal and Spybot - Search & Destroy.

i really don't like crap in my system at all. software only see what it been told to see if there no info for it to know what it is then things will get by them.

9 out 10 your firewall seen it but block it. only if it inside your system the firewall block it from sending info to others online don't mean its not already in. you ask me its already inside your computer.

unlucky scatter, it's a brand new worm discovered today

mcafee should have a fix by now :/

but to be safe you can block port 3127 (TCP)

here is the manual way to remove it

Click Start, and then click Run. (The Run dialog box appears.)
Type regedit

Then click OK. (The Registry Editor opens.)

Navigate to the key:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Curr entVersion\Run

In the right pane, delete the value:

"KAV"="%Windir%\msbssc.exe"

Exit the Registry Editor.

of course it's much better to let mcafee deal with it if your not sure about messign with the registry
