cant join games

hey, ive got a problem with my joint ops were once ive logged in and looking at the games list, i select a server and click join - usually nothing happens but sometimes it says something like "unable to connect to server, please try again." the first few times this happened it completely disconnected my internet and i had to reset everything. anyone know anyway i can resolve this problem? thanks alot if anyone can.


also going off topic, if an admin see's this can they please change my name to just SpArKs instead of SpArKs-KP-? thanks if its possible.

well i bought escalation yesterday, that problem is solved, only to be confronted by a sysdump.txt everytime i start to join a game
