yea... i fixed it
my puter os crashed a week ago ,I salvaged my files re formated
the drive and re installed windows 10 and my novalogic games. then all of a sudden after an update dfx2 and dfx stopped working. saying my video card did not meat specs... i tried updating all drivers video and chipset directx and .net 3.5 sp1 but no go...just for the fun of it i downloaded ,net 3.0 and installed it and that fixed it...
