you either need to become a regular member
(over 50 posts)
or supply a file less that or up to 75 by 75 pixels for StevieB to put up

I changed the rules since so many people were asking for custom titles and avatars. Now it dosent matter how many post you have just as long as you are regestered. I think I set it to 75x75 but im not sure.
