man i don't get it ether and i am a US-Army Vet Infantry 11B/11M and a Transport spec 88M in the field.

them thing are basic Id's if you are really a NG.

NG: Stands for No-Good type of a person or a totally waste of man power of the soldier who need tobe booted out before he/she kill some one on their own team/company.
