thats a gay tut. lol sorry but dont use outer glow it just ruins the image lol, and a 3 pixel brush is to big unless your are working on a large piece.........make a 1 or 2 pixel line and if you duplicate the original layer 3 times and put a small gaussion blur on the bottom 3 layers u should be good to go and u could set them to soft if u want, and when making the branches, you need to use the fade tool in the brush pallete to get the realism effect and smudge the very ends

its kinda hard to do until u play around with it but it gives a great final piece

so use that tut, if your in a hurry lol
