PhUploader problem

Hello guys

i am new to all of this so try to stick with me :P

i have got PhUploader all working fine but when i upload a file i can only view it one way and that is in a page called...
index of/uploads and its a page with parent directory writen at the top and a list of files that i have uploaded below it when u click on the file it comes up in a new tag as a bigger picture or watever, basicly my question is can i make this come up in a diffrent way like in a list of links but on my layout like all my other pages? hope you can understand what i mean.
