okay i just got my JO:TR and E but i try updateing but it always falls so i download it from the best Nova site (NOVAHQ) but where do i put it?

okay now i kinda download it but when i get online it says "YOU HAVE BEEN DISCONNECTED BECAUSE YOUR SOFTWARE IT NOT UP TO DATE" so i got to the main menu and it says bottom left corner
V1.6.9.2 WHAT IS THA PROBLEM

the problem is that:
1.you migbht have a fake cd 2.update before installing E 3.i dont ***** know
