guys my forum was hacked sometime during the night by team evil!!

anyone know who they are?

I dont know them, but i think they must have found a flaw in your forum. Seeing as it is Powered by MyBulletinBoard 1.00 Release Candidate 4, inform the creators of this. Maybe they will get som info out of it.

i found a few things on them.. they hacked allot of mybb sites in the past few days and i found there IP and what they done and when in my admin log it says they done it as me between 7:15 AM and 8:30AM on 8/14/05

done a ipwhois and they where using adsl in turkey...

i blocked there ip in my firewall.. it logged them too



anyone with info on these guys please post it! i want revenge!

i looked on there site and there has been complaints the past few days.. about team-evil hacking into ppl's forums..

and i found other ppl's logs and they do the same thing to every forum and using the same ip and they also use the main admins username

go through your server logs and find out how they did it, then send the info to the forum makers

Actually it is a Moroccan group, thats just a few 100 kilometers further.

I absolutely know for sure that those IP´s arent there own home IP´s

xmb is also an easy taget for hackers, I remember mine and katana's project "MMHQ", the forum got hacked, with some offensive matterial on it.

what i read your's was not the only site they hacked, seem they gone into some government sites too, be sides others.

i can see them sooner or later coming here do the same. if they had not try already. they going after every site.
your Image of the name is the same text image on their site too.

seem they are base in Calif some were.

do not go to their site and try to start anything, these are very bad hackers you be asking for a lot of trouble. let the Law handle them.

ok i think i got it all squared away i found some slight security issues (and fixed them) and i have a new forum up and running.. im gonna see what happens before i do to much to it...

I WILL get revenge... some how some time.. i do not know how to hack and i don't want to get in any trouble but i will get revenge.

i also found out they tried to hack my pc's.. my hardware firewall stopped all of there attempts (thank goodness)

anyways now i have my firewall set even tighter and i have there ip blocked from every thing

just a note to team evil...

I WILL GET REVENGE! your going down... if i have to hire someone i will get you back.

erm,not sure butt i tink i know a way to track them down,
website providders hold a list of ip adresses using a login right?

well if they hacked u by login,or other u should find the ip adress,

then report it the the cia,or fbi,
each pc has on auto code wich never changes,they use these to track them down
