Recommend game please
What game can you recommend that is as good as BHD or better? It has to be multiplayer, non futureistic like the sh1te that is HAlo. I was looking at the Medal of honour game but I had this on the PS2, I lliked it a lot but I want to know if there is any better out there, cheers guys.

If you have Half-Life hanging around there are a lot of good free mods out.

Like )Day Of Defeat (WW2 mod)



The Specialist (Matrix style mod with Bullet Time ect)


There are a lot more like Counter Strike But the 2 above are the main ones I like.

And as Half-Life is about 10.00 pound(UK) about $7(US)
its well worth trying them than paying full price for a new game.

Just A thought and a cheap one.

P.S if you have a slow connection and cant download big files, I would be happy to Place them on CD and send them.

Thanks Sal but I have broadband so downloading is no bother.

All the Ghost Recon series dude!

Lookout for Call of Duty & Soldner: Future Wars too.

Medal of Honor is best played on a single player mode. I dont recommend the multiplayer mode as its kinda "Arcade" like. Not much realism...everything's happening too fast & the map is too small & predictable. No place for team-play.

Go for BF1942... & u can get the Dessert Combat mod for it that is extremely awesome. Joint Ops gonna beat this game once it's out though

Trilogy.... u mentioned FAR CRY. Just read the preview y'day. It sounded pretty good. Played it yet? Is it out already?

Anyway... my all time favourite game that is simply "original". all the TOTAL WAR series.

Shogun: TOTAL WAR
Medieval: TOTAL WAR
Medieval: TOTAL WAR (viking add on)
ROME: TOTAL WAR... (its not out yet but its gonna be the number one game for 2004)

Since I started playing BHD I haven't been able to stomach any other first person shooters. They just aren't up to par with BHD in my opinion. Haven't had a chance to try Raven Shield.
