How do you make sig's???

I'm very "green" when it comes to this subject. Haven't a clue how to make all the fancy stuff. I can edit pictures and stuff but thats the extent of my knowledge. Can anyone help me out on how to make a sig that moves around with all the fancy stuff or even better yet...does anyone make them for other people?

Best thing to do if you want to start making em yourself is type in the name of the prog you are gonna use and "tutorial"

But, if you want one now, take up Staffy's kind offer

Cos it can mean several nights into the small hours tring to get a sig just right (especially if you are just startin out)

Well....umm not sure about a picture and fancy stuff but if anyone could make something that has my name RoDent AGI in it, and our website which is http://agi_tfd.tripod.com

Thats about the only thing i can think of. Would this come with those AVTAR things to? Anyways...i can't be picky...cause i haven't a clue how to do them. Greatly appreciated! Thanks for the help.
