Playing JOTR on a laptop
Hi all,
I am buying a Dell Studio 17 with the following: CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo 2160 OS: Vista Home Premium HDD: 320G 5400RPM Ram: 4G of system ram Video: 256MB ATI Mobility Radeon HD3650 My question is do you good people think that this set-up will play JOTR reasonably well? I love to play this game, and am looking forward to playing it again real soon. Thank you all, Ghostrecon1 |

hiho, welcome to the site
looks powerful enough, but i was wondering what resolution the screen goes to? is it this one: 17-inch WUXGA Glossy Display (1920 x 1200)? it's a smart laptop for sure but that's a monster resolution to run games at. still i think you will be fine (i hate lowering the resolution on lcd screens) |

The keys on a laptop are closer togeither and takes some getting used to. Could cause you a poorer kill ratio until you get that down. :cool]
