how to program forums?????

must be some tuts about, im interested in seeing who replies to this. i'd like to know how to program vbulletin forums or phpbb forums too. tried once and seemed to hard.

Program forums? You buy them (vBulletin) or you download it for free (phpBB). Its written in PHP.

Very hard. It's about as hard as coding a full blown CMS, unless you don't want as many features as vBulletin or phpBB.
