Just to help you:

The banner size you have given Jailbird to make it the size of a usual sig. So, it will be about the size of my or jailbird's sigs. For a banner you need it to be around 915x158.

The avatar is freakin huge. it will be wider than this forum and won't fit on an 800x600 res'd screen. I suggest for an avatar, it be around 75x75.
