Oh...sorry! Nine Inch Nails is an industrial rockband led by Trent Renzor. He used the name "Nine Inch Nails" because he thought it was a very wierd and funny name. Hey, who am I even talking to?

I posted this "thread" thingy because I wanted to know if anyone ever gave a hoot about this band. Where I live, no one cares for rock music and it's making me angry.

P.S. I'm the only rocker at my school.

after i saw the trailer for 300 and discovered it was a track by them playing through it i listened to a few of their songs, didnt really catch on2 them tho

300? There was a track playing. Cool, then I guess I need to see the trailer. Hey, I am mature enough. But, would you consider this sensible? Just trying to start a peaceful conversation. Hey, listen to their March of the Pigs; it's very catchy.

I saw the trailer. It was a remix of "Just Like You Imagined." The originalversion is almost ten times better and longer.

Nin is a good band, but I wouldn't consider them a great band.

Mudvayne, Acroma, Crossfade, Shinedown, Cradle of Filth, Cell Out, Morpheena, Silence is Broken, Killswitch engage, absolution project, shattermask, slipknot, Adema...to name a few.

I like Mudvayne, especcially Not Falling. I like Slipknot, too. I like their Duality, Before I Forget and Left Behind. Adema is also a great band. Hey, did you know they are an industrial rock band. I like their Freaking Out, Everyone and Blow it Away. Sorry, I haven't heard of the other bands.

Hey, if you like Slipknot, then you gotta like American Head Charge. They are both hard and industrial rock. They would make a good team if they toured together. The moshpit would go crazy up front if there was a live show. You do know what the moshpit is, right?

I don't think you really know what industrial music is. Adema is definitely not industrial rock. If anything, they're a poor man's Linkin Park. Now don't get me wrong, I don't like Linkin Park or rock in general. If you want an industrial rock/metal band then go listen to Fear Factory. As for my tastes; I like death metal/metalcore and any other variants.

What kinda 'pit are you talking about cuz there is a couple different kinds that vary with the kinda music. Slipknot's pit sucked, as children of bodom's pit kicked my ass

I dislike Linkin Park. I respect you. I don't care if you don't like rock or not. Like whatever you want, I can't control what you like. Industrial rock is when you tweak the regular guitar, drums, pianos, etc. If you are a country fan who has listened to Johnny Cash's Hurt, the original version of is industrial. Adema is more of a whatever rock than industrial. They have alot of wierd sounds, though. Linkin PArk has alot of wierd sounds, too. You're right, Fear Factory is industrial. But, I dislike them.

Sorry...Guess I'm sort of behind or something. None taken. Hey, can you guys listen one Nine Inch Nails song, doesn't matter what song and rate it. NIN has soft, hard, metal and even songs with no vocals. Just hear one or two and rate it. I just wanted to see if anyone knew who the band was.
